Celia P. Mercado, age 58, passed away after a long battle with cancer on Friday, July 29, 2011 at Riverside Community Hospital in Riverside, CA. She had been an accounting manager for an import/export company for over 8 years before her illness. Celia is survived by her 2 sisters; Beata "Beth" Moody, and Amelita Garcia, her brother in law; Tom Moody, her nephew; Mark Moody, and a host of extended family in the Philippines.
Services will be held at Pierce Brothers Crestlawn Mortuary with visitation on Saturday, August 6, 2011 from 4:00PM to 8:00PM and funeral service on Monday, August 8, 2011 at 10:00AM. Interment will follow at Pierce Brothers Crestlawn Memorial Park.
