

He became the head of the family at the passing of his father Carlos and his younger brother Gustavo. He was a source of support and strength to his mother Rosa and his two younger sisters Patricia and Vivian. He was a very loving and caring uncle to his nephews John, Michael, Edward, Joseph and James and his nieces Jessica and Rosalinda. He was a very loving and involved godfather to 10 godchildren. He was a wonderful nephew to all his aunts and uncles and a fun and loving cousin and an excellent and helpful best friend.
Cesar began working at the age of 15 in several different jobs after school. His jobs ranged from working at a shooting range to washing commercial trucks to retail. He was always a hard worker and excelled in all his positions that he held. He was an excellent student throughout his school years and participated in basketball and track. He attended Cal Poly Pomona Polytechnic University in Pomona and graduated with a bachelor's degree in computer science. He worked in several companies in the IT department. His current employer was CCC where he worked for 25 years until he retired on September 29th of this year. He lived in the city of Riverside for 30 years and had just paid off his home in August of this year.
He was an avid reader and enjoyed reading about history and enjoyed listening to his favorite musical groups from Motown and especially the Beatles on his turntable. He was an avid coin collector, and he would often gift collectible coins to his family and friends for their birthdays and holidays. He was passionate about his three Ford Mustangs. He took pride in caring for his 1964 ½ Ford Mustang that was given to him by his mother Rosa and his 1966 Ford Mustang that was given to him by his dad Carlos. He enjoyed driving the 2016 Ford Mustang Coupe that he purchased on his own and would often take his mustangs to car shows and he was a member of the Orange County Mustang Club. He loved to travel and visited Mexico City several times with family and traveled to Hawaii and Australia with his cousins and also went to several Olympic Games.
He enjoyed spending time with his family and often hosted his end of the summer party at his home.
He loved taking pictures of all his travels and proudly displayed them in his home.
He often helped to solve computer problems that anyone might have and often helped his family when choosing their computer needs.
He was very knowledgeable about many things including history, science, tech, different cultures and liked to keep up on current events.
He was a great communicator and often spoke to family and friends where conversations would last for hours.
He loved life and was looking forward to traveling and working on his mustangs and enjoying all his free time with his family and friends after his retirement.
He is survived by his mother Rosa who he loved and supported throughout his life and his two younger sisters Patricia and Vivian who he protected and cared for always.
He will be missed by all, and he will always be remembered as a loving, kind, giving and caring person.
He will be in our hearts forever and ever and we will always remember him and miss him.
Rest in Peace Cesar until we see you again.
A visitation for Cesar will be held Thursday, November 9, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Acheson & Graham Garden of Prayer Mortuary, 7944 Magnolia Ave, Riverside, CA 92504. A committal service will occur Friday, November 10, 2023 from 1:30 PM at Pierce Brothers Crestlawn Memorial Park, 11500 Arlington Ave, Riverside, CA 92505.
