Charles Kelsey Ruse age 90 passed away in Riverside, California on March, 17, 2015. Charles was born on January, 10, 1925 in Ashtabula, Ohio and worked as a fleet analyst for the government for over 30 years. He is survived by his wife Dorothy, daughter Sandy Ruse, sons George and Kelsey. He will deeply missed.
