Charlie M. Mills, age 95, passed away on August 15, 2013 at Parkview Hospital in Riverside, California. She was born on June 30, 1918 in Rosepine, Louisiana. She had workd as a Budget Analyst, Civil Service at March AFB.
She is survived by her daughter Martha Mills Shaffer of San Francisco, CA; step daughter Pam Mills Hoy of Carson City, NV; son James T. (Smoky) Edwards of Riverside, CA; two grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Graveside service will be held at Riverside National Cemetery on Friday, September 6, 2013 at 1:15 P.M.
