

Christian was known for his humor and his gift of making people laugh. He could strike up a conversation with anyone he met and had a way of making everyone feel welcome. For nearly 20 years, he proudly owned and operated his own car wash business, where he poured his hard work and dedication. Beyond his work, Christian was a lifelong fan of the Los Angeles Dodgers and carried a big heart in everything he did. He looked out for others, reassured his loved ones that things would be okay, and often opened his home to family and friends.
He is survived by his mother, his significant other of 28 years Sylvia , and his children. He also leaves behind his sisters Sylvia Gonzalez, Martha Sosa, Marisol Sosa, Elsa Esparza, Lupe Esparza, Margarita Esparza, and Carlotta Sosa; his brothers Ignacio “Nacho” Esparza, Juan “Panson” Esparza, Jose “Teke” Esparza, and Jesse Esparza; along with many nieces, nephews, and cousins who loved him dearly.
Christian is preceded in death by his father, Jesus Esparza; his brothers Elisar “Pollo” Esparza, Juan Esparza, and Ricky Esparza; his nephew Oscar Esparza; and his cousin Alfred Nares.
The Esparza family deeply thanks everyone who has offered love and support during this difficult time.
Christian will be missed by all who knew him, but his memory, laughter, and love will live on forever.
A visitation for Christian will be held Monday, October 13, 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Pierce Brothers Crestlawn Mortuary, 11500 Arlington Ave, Riverside, CA 92505. A graveside service will occur Tuesday, October 14, 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at Pierce Brothers Crestlawn Memorial Park and Mortuary, 11500 Arlington Ave, Riverside, CA 92505.
