Connie dedicated more than 60 years of her life to her work as a hairdresser. She spent the majority of her career at George Oliveri Hair Design, where she built not only a loyal clientele but also many lifelong friendships that she cherished deeply
.
A longtime resident of Norco, Connie lived there for over 50 years and embraced the city’s lifestyle. Her love for horses was a defining part of her life, shaping her friendships and bringing her immense joy. She was also passionate about camping in the Sierras, a tradition she enjoyed throughout her life.
Connie was married to Jerry Washburn for 31 years until his passing in 2005. And was remarried to Roger Serra in 2017. She is survived by her son, Scott, her husband, Roger, her granddaughters , Madison and Courtney and great grandson Barrett.
Connie will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother and for the connections she made with everyone who knew her. She will be deeply missed.
