I remember the first time when Uncle Fredrick and Aunt Vivian first brought DeVante to Mississippi to meet the family and to hang out with us. DeVante was a little quiet at first, but soon found his footing and started getting into everything he possible could and it's been nothing but fun since. It really saddens me to see him beginning his life, only for it to be ended too very soon. Rest In Peace DeVante. Our family will miss you tremendously. Praying for  peace, comfort and consolation my Aunt Vivian, Uncle Fredrick, my cousins Melvin, Denise and Venice, as well as the Williams family. -Dee and Sheta

Nephew, you were so loved & I miss you so much. Even though I was never around so much when you were, I still loved you & will continue to love you. Even through pictures & stories you grew to be the MAN you were destined to become.

Grandson, 
I remember when you were born and you made my life a joy to have 3 grandsons.I loved to see you crawl, take your steps, and follow your brothers around the house. Whatever they did,you did it too. Uncle Raymond would put you guys on a piece of cardboard and slide you down the stairs to the front door and you would laugh and back up to do it again.
I watched you become a strong young man in everything you did and you always made me so proud and happy.
You gave me a great granddaughter that I will love.I see a lot of you in her and we got our hands full with her just like you when you were her age.
I Love and I Miss you so much. Rest in Paradise my Sweet Angel until we meet again.

I worked with Devante as a caregiver for a couple of years. He was the sweetest, hard working young man and I will miss him.  He lit up a room and was a joy to be around. May the family take comfort in knowing he was loved, in my opinion, by everyone he encountered.
