Dominic Shane Aberl age 18 passed August 12, 2017 on a sullen Saturday morning. He was born in Riverside, CA on September 10, 1998 to his mother Megan Aberl. He attended Arlington High School and graduated this past June (you did it boy!). Dominic, unlike most teenagers looked forward each morning to go to school and just being around his friends as well as the faculty. While attending, Dominic shared his large love of music taking part in differing choir groups over the years- he loved to sing! After graduation his dream was to pursue culinary arts near home and one day open his own restaurant
Some of Dominic loves included music, friends, video games, laughing and fun! Having a zest for life; you would often find Dom figuring out different ways to find adventure, he just sought out living and making the most out of the days with the people around him. He enjoyed everything from fishing, riding his scooter, sports and more importantly he enjoyed others. His personality was as contagious as his smile. He would frequent Camp OCF where he met tons of people who became fast friends while embarking on many journeys. At camp, Dom jumped right in- head first- completely engulfing himself in each sessions camp spirit, never missing a chance to participate in songs, skits or even doing shooting, zip lining or rock climbing. He had many beautiful experiences in his short time here, even deep sea fishing in Cabo where he caught some of the biggest fish of the day surrounded by professional tournament fishers!!
Dominic is survived by his mother Megan Peralta and brothers Victor and Christian. He leaves behind his maternal grandmother Debbie Aberl and his partner in crime, Uncle Marty. Also, Auntie Melissa, Hayden, Kaylee and Josh just to mention a few. He is survived by his wonderful girlfriend Michelle Graham who was with Dom at his best and worst; young love at its finest, yet pure and true. Leaving behind numerous friends along the way such as Andrew, Josh, Devon, Bailey, Steven, Oscar (tio), Nathan and Isaiah and the list could go on and on.
