Im sorry for losing a very special man. His job is to be a very special Angel to take care of all in need. God bless of his Family to give the comfort of his leaving my prayers for all of you.

Two weeks every summer while we were growing up, and our very last vacation together in 2022.  Rest in peace Little Brother...

Growing up in the 50’s was so much different than it is today. It’s hard for people who didn’t live through the era to really understand what it was like. It was a time of imagination and exploration that Don pushed to the limits!  There was no social media, no computers, or video games. Playing outside was Don's favorite daily activity until the street lights came on at sunset.  He knew the neighborhood, the school playgrounds and the local orange groves like the back of his hand. Digging in "Dirt" and time in the outdoors were his favorite places to spend time. We were a  family centered church going family and required to be at the table for Sunday meal. Don was kind hearted, always putting others before himself. Famous for his childhood stories he would always begin, "Now, how do I say this..." He was my brother, my religious guide, and most of all he was my very dearest friend. My heart is broken and I am completely lost without him but I am truly thankful that his fight is over, and he is at peace. "Good Night Little Brother. I love you."   Sis

Adored this man. Such a precious smile and laugh. Always enjoyed seeing him and spending time during the holidays. May he rest in peace with his beautiful wife. He will be missed. Much love to all his beautiful family 🙏

Our Deepest Condolences to The Bates Family. Don was a Dear Friend of ours & he will be Deeply Missed.  We Loved talking with him, joking with him & on many visits we discussed his Love for God. It brings us great joy to know Don knew The Lord & is Resting in Peace  with The Lord in Heaven. It brought tears to his eyes when Taylor made the decision to get baptized , He Loved his Family so Much.  Always wanted what was best for everyone. He was a Great Man & we Loved him. Until we see you again, Dear Friend  I pray you’re rejoicing with Patti  in Heaven

My Uncle Don was a kind man who loved family. He always loved to joke around and I always found his laugh to be contagious. He will indeed be missed. My love and prayers to all the family during this time.
