Born on February 1, 1933 (legal birthdate October 1, 1934) in Fomento, Las Villas, Cuba, one of five siblings. Died October 5, 2026 in Riverside, California.
Married June 19, 1956 to Eliezer Tejeda in Santa Clara, Cuba where they met while attending Colegio Adventista de las Antillas.
Served during 40 plus years in different positions as an employee of the Seventh-day Adventist Church in Cuba, Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico and in California at La Sierra University.
Survived by son, Ruben (Ruth), daughter, Ivy, grandsons, Austin and Adam (Angela), and many nieces and nephews.
