Mrs. Isabel Maria Duncan was born in San Antonio, Texas on March 11, 1942 and passed away in Riverside, California on July 19, 2015. Mrs. Duncan was an active member in her church and spent over 20 years working as a Teacher's Aide. She will be dearly missed by those whose lives she touched.
