James Lee Thomas was born to Howard and Opal Thomas in Kansas city, Missouri on August 11, 1944 and passed away with his loving wife Geri by his side on April 27, 2017 in Grand Terrace, California. James was a senior building inspector for the City of Riverside for 28 years. He was married to his loving wife for over 30 years. James had a quick witted sense of humor and was always making people laugh. He will be missed dearly by his family and friends.
