Jannetje Jacoba Howard

JANNETJE J. HOWARD, age 75, of Riverside, CA, went to be with the Lord January 14, 2017 after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Jann was born August 3, 1941 in Amsterdam, Netherlands. She came to the United States in 1959 and was proud to become a citizen. She loved to travel and took great joy in spending time at her condo in Laughlin, Nevada. She was co-owner of American Warriors and Jantiques with her husband John who preceded her in death after 34 years of marriage. Jann is survived by 3 daughters, Ginger Cadman and her husband Chris, Lisa Jones and her husband Todd, Christine Perryman and her husband Michael; 6 sons, John Bussjaeger, Michael Bussjaeger and his wife Bonnie, Anthony Bussjaeger, Danny Bussjaeger, David Howard and his wife Jennifer, Stephen Howard; 6 grandchildren, Joelle and Christian Bussjaeger, Chris and Jenny Cadman, Elyssa Howard, and Stephen Howard Jr.; 3 brothers Joop Blokpoel, Math Uijtendaal, Peter Uijtendaal, 2 sisters, Mary Uijtendaal, Judith Uijtendaal and many treasured friends. A Celebration of Life service and reception will be held on Saturday, January 21, 2017, 11am, at Acheson and Graham Mortuary, 7944 Magnolia Ave., Riverside, CA. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to City of Hope, 1500 E. Duarte Rd., Duarte, CA 91010.
