Jessica Felix (our beloved Jessy) was born on October 5, 1977, in Los Angeles, California and passed away on September 15, 2026, in Riverside, California. At the time of her passing she was surrounded by her loved ones.
A beacon of perpetual light, Jessy taught us that hope exists even in circumstances of innumerable tribulations. With unwavering faith and resolute trust in the belief that one day life would present her with the profound solace of eternal rest, Jessy enveloped her family with unconditional love. Committed to her faith, she followed a righteous path.
Jessy professed her adoration for her family through the power of art. With her steady hands she would draw her loved ones pictures when she missed them. She would write them notes, signing “love you always & forever, Jessy.” When words escaped her, she would sing them a song.
Through her creativity and expression, she would bake for hours on end. In mastering the art of baking, Jessy learned to move beyond the strict boundaries of recipes. She improvised with precision and gifted those she loved with an edible token of affection.
Jessy was more than a daughter, a sister and an aunt. She was a nurturer and a healer. Without condition, she opened her heart to ensure that those she cared for felt protected.
The profound impact she had on our lives will remain with us evermore.
