She is Preceded in death by her mother Paula and her father Thomas Mosqueda. She is survived by her son Joseph Mosqueda and brothers Thomas and Robert Mosqueda all from Corona.
Jessica graduated high school from Horizon High in the year 2000. In 1999 she was employed by Del Taco in Corona where she went on to become a general manager up until 2015.
Jessica took after her mom and became a great cook. From there she became interested in baking and started her own business Jessicakes Sweet Creations where for many years created cakes and other bakery items for many happy customers.
Jessica was a loving mother to her son and also to her family, she will be missed.
