John, was a "Class Act".  He was  always there if you needed him.  His acts of kindness were "sincere" and  "always  unconditional ".  Rest in Peace my friend. Until we meet again .  Marty

I will always remember this great man as a calming soul when he came to our daughter's  first brain surgery at Children's Hospital of Los Angeles. Our 5 year old daughter was in waiting to actually enter the double doors to the OR and in walks this well dressed, confident, slow walking man with a mission to catch this little girl and frightened parents before her fight for survival.. We had asked how he was able to get back there, and his response was, "I have my ways."  He made us all laugh, told us everything was going to be alright and that she was in the best hospital that a child could be in for her condition. He was right! She made it through, and 13 years older from that day, she will be there at his services standing proud and grateful for having a friend like him!  Our most sincere condolences to all of you, and know that he had a massive, positive impact to so many people! Blessings to you all!

I worked with John when he was a lateral transfer to our dept (when I lived in CA). John was a good man, a good cop, and wore his uniform proudly. He always looked ready to stand inspection. And he had a great sense of humor.

The passing of John Henry marks the loss of another friend, way too early.
