He worked for Corona College Heights for 30 years. Jose raised a very close family that he was always proud of. He loved playing cards, doing word searches, going to the casino and hanging out with his family. Jose is survived by his wife Maria Nava; daughter Hortencia (Stephen) Lackey-Nava; sons Jose (Saida) Nava Jr., Juan (Rebecca) Nava and Mario Nava; 7 brothers and sisters; and 11 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents Jose Nava Reyes and Maria de Jesus Guerrero Nava.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, 9/15/13 from 12pm-3pm with Funeral Mass at 2pm, both at Pierce Brothers Crestlawn Memorial Chapel. Burial will be private. Please visit www.piercebroscrestlawn.com to offer condolences.
