My most sincere condolences to you primos & your family. I’m so sorry for the loss of your dad. I had the pleasure of meeting him a few times,  my heart aches for your pain, as I know the pain first hand. 
And to my cousin, I’m sure your suegro loved and appreciated you so much. You’ve always been such a loving, caring and thoughtful person, and I know you were an amazing daughter-in-law to him.

Uncle Joe, I will greatly miss you. You helped us out when we were down on our luck. There were times, because of you, that we had something to eat. You helped us out without us ever asking for it even though we needed it. You were like an angel sent to us when things were tough. You did it humbly, quietly and somehow let us keep our dignity because that’s the type of man you were. I will forever be thankful; I will forever remember where I came from. I will always emulate the type of character that you gracefully exuded. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. A thank you that can’t be put into words but has felt like a ripple in my life. Until we meet again Tio Trino.
