Kathleen Jewell Douglas entered into life on August 11, 1949 in Kansas City, Kansas to Frank and Manda Kramer. With much sorrow, she entered into rest April 6, 2017. She lived in Riverside County for her entire life and found that this was where she considered home. Kathleen raised her children here and taught them positive values and what it meant to be strong. She will be dearly missed by her family and by all those whose life she touched.
