Welcomed to the union of Troy and Sylvia Bell on July 7, 1953, Kathy was a vibrant and energetic child. During her youth and adolescent years she played several musical instruments and ran track and field. She was a hard and dedicated worker, retiring in 2018 after more than 35 years of service with the County of Los Angeles. Kathy really enjoyed weekend getaways, she loved animals, she couldn't get enough of anything sweet and she loved Motown music.
Kathy's love of life didn’t come to an end with her death. She leaves behind nothing but beautiful memories and a host of loved ones who will continue to honor her legacy.
