I remember the first time I met Kurt and talked with him it was at the store,I came in a wheelchair with a hurt leg, and he asked me what in the world happened. That was the start of a beautiful friendship. He was always so kind and full of smiles I will miss our talks. Love you,
Jan and Tim
Our hearts and prayers are with you, Veronica❤️🙏

Kurt was truly an amazing man, a loving and devoted husband, and a wonderful father. He was a true friend whose spiritual strength and uplifting words touched the lives of so many. Although Kurt was often quiet, his presence spoke volumes. He was deeply respected, genuinely loved, and will always be remembered for the kindness and warmth he shared with others.

Some of my most cherished memories are the vacations we shared together as couples—my husband and I, along with Veronica and Kurt. Those trips brought us so much laughter, love, and beautiful memories that I will treasure forever. They were some of the best times of our lives, and I will always be grateful that we shared those special moments together.

Kurt’s faith was a beautiful part of who he was, and the way he uplifted others will never be forgotten. Though he may no longer be with us physically, his love, friendship, and beautiful spirit will remain in our hearts forever.

“Well done, good and faithful servant… Enter into the joy of your Lord. Matthew 25:23

Rest peacefully, Kurt. You were deeply loved, greatly respected, and will forever be missed. Your memory will live on in the hearts of everyone blessed enough to know you.

A rare time when he was actually in the break room. Not an often occurrence lol.
I consider myself blessed to have know him and spent time with him and his lovely family.

I am writing to express my deepest condolences for the passing of Kurt. As the produce manager at WinCo, he was truly a remarkable person who always made a lasting impression.

Every time I saw him, he would stop whatever he was doing to say hello, shake my hand, ask how I was doing, and make sure I had the freshest power greens. He went above and beyond, even going all the way to the back of the store to fetch the freshest produce for me. More than just a friend, Kurt always made me feel like family whenever he was working.

I will always remember one specific time when I was checking out, and he had just walked in from his break. He stopped me to check the dates on my items, noticed they were older, and insisted that I wait while he went all the way to the back to bring me the fresh stuff.

He was such a great man and a beautiful human being. You will be truly missed, Kurt.

With heartfelt sympathy,

Roy Carranza
