I am deeply saddened by the loss of Liz. We shared so many unforgettable memories, from friendly rivalries in sports to moments of laughter that brought us all together. Her athletic spirit and competitive nature always inspired me, but it was her big heart and kindness that truly made her stand out. She will be missed dearly, and I will cherish the memories we created together. Love you friend

My Dear Sweet Liz...as I scroll through all of these wonderful tributes I feel so blessed to have known you.  Even though we were not life long friends I feel like I have known you forever. I have nothing but good memories of you. When you lived with us I felt like I gained a third daughter.  Then  Bryan came along and swept you off your feet.  If you hadn't  bought that new car you wouldn't have had your two beautiful sons.  It's been a little over a week since God came for you and I am still in such disbelief that you are gone.  You fought like a Warrior Princess to the end.       I remember she was always with me during a bad day I didn’t know how she knew but she comforted me numerous times during that atrocious day always telling me “ Are you good mijo do you need anything you know you can talk to me right “all those countless questions and and small talk brought light and joy to that day of mine.It was a pleasure having her as my aunt and I give thanks for everything she had done for me she has given me joy, advice and the most important one serenity in my life.When I’m always with her she just manifest a light, calming aura and I liked that about her. She was that individual you could go tell anything to without having the fear of being judged and she also picked the right words to calm someone down.She will be greatly missed and I know she’s  in a better place now and she will always be in thoughts

I remember you coaching the El Modena basketball team and saw how passionate you were helping others. You always would put others before you , you would always lend a helping hand to others and always had that smile of yours from ear to ear .
I remember you encouraging me at my baseball games “Go Jr!!!””” You would yell  being the loudest out of everyone . 

At birthdays, holidays or any special event was only made special because of your touch . You would always put so much detail on the littlest things , the creativity and thought  you would put in all that you did truly shows how remarkable you were. 

No Matter what , through thick and thin 
You always had an enormous smile .
Always was there for all of us and always made sure we knew you loved us . 


We might not be immortal but you will forever be immortal within our hearts.

To my beautiful friend, Liz. My heart is broken into a billion pieces. Since I've known you since 1st grade, for 27 years, I  have WAY too many memories to put here. One memory is how you Lili and I acted like we were actually triplets! Another is us spending so much time together at your house and raiding your fridge! We grew up together,  had so many good times together... You and Lili are like sisters to me, I LOVE you girls so much! You are the definition of a TRUE warrior who faught a very hard fight to the very end. You have always been very competitive,  and I KNOW you were trying your HARDEST to beat that cancer! I also know that you have such a wonderful family who love you so much. And Lili took care of you as BEST as she could, that is so special and you're so lucky to have sister like her. And your boys have such a strong and beautiful mama; your legacy will live on. It was an honor to be there for you the past few months; to help when I could, to make you laugh,  to bring you food. I'm  going to miss you my friend.  Rest peacefully Liz; cancer free, pain free and smiling with that giant smile. Love you girl! Until we meet again.... Lo

My heart is broken knowing I won’t be able to see your face. I won’t be able to hear your laugh or watch you put tapatio on everything. You were everything to this family our party planner, our safe place, the person we’d go to when we just wanted to talk about anything and you’d listen. Your courage and strength through all of this has inspired me to be better and to never give up. Even in the worst times you’d always try to put a smile on your face and tell me you loved me more. We will miss you so much Tia, thank you for loving the way you did. I love you more and will forever.

Dear Liz,

I’ll always remember how funny, outgoing, athletic, and amazing you were as a kid.  You, your sister, and so many of the kids from Prospect bonded together (and with us) in the after school rec program.  How I loved working there for so long and getting to know all of you!!  Fast forward all of these years and I find out that you were battling cancer.  From what I know, you were so brave and such a fighter.  I was blessed to know you as a kid.   Later came middle school and high school.  So many people traveled along with you on your life journey and they were blessed to be part of your life.  Then I have come to learn that you got married and that you had two beautiful boys.  I know God & you will watch over them.  I pray that everyone who is missing you remember that our time here on earth is temporary.  Jesus and His love for us opened up the gates to Heaven... opened them wide.  You went first...ahead of so many.  May your loved ones have peace in their hearts knowing you’ll be waiting for them on the other side.   Once you’re reunited, there will be no goodbyes ever again.  That is fabulous.  Together once more...forever.   God bless your family.  And you, beautiful young lady, you rest and enjoy paradise.

Liz, you’ll be missed by many of us. We grew up together since 2nd grade. That’s when I started to attend Prospect Elementary where I met you and your sister Lili. Through social media I saw you fight like the strong individual I remember you being. I’m sad that you had to leave us and god called on you but it was your time to enjoy eternal life. Where to begin....although my heart aches & it saddens me you were taken too soon I will forever cherish the memories we made. We’d spend our weekends living it up going to Swapmeet Sunday’s, doing champagne brunches, taking spur of the moment trips to Laughlin & Vegas or sharing laughs over some dranks at O’Hara’s. Your are SO loved Liz & are deeply missed. I love you clover 🍀

Liz, my incredible sister in law. I am lost for words. I just want to say thank you. You changed my brothers life. You became his world. You two always elevated each other to new heights and that level of love and commitment is something that I always admired and look up to. We all feel any empty hole in our hearts. Thank you Liz, these incredibly tough last months have taught me so much. Your courage has taught me the meaning of never give up. To never waiver when life gets tough. Observing you and Bryan showed me the meaning of true love and what it means to be husband and wife. Your positivity and contagious smile will live on forever.
