

Uncle Louis,

    A kid couldn't ask for a better Uncle than you.  I have fond memories of playing backyard football and other sports with you, enjoying our Christmas toys together, and trying to put away more plates of food than you.

    You had a smile and a laugh that lit up the room.  You could be stubborn sometimes, but never ill tempered.  You were strong as an ox and always willing to lend a hand.  You were opinionated and had some strong feelings about Honda cars.  You were always up for a puzzle session.  You never found a hat or a pair of shades you didn't like. 

    I didn't get to see you often, only holidays and other family gatherings, but you made a positive impression on my childhood that I will not forget.  You are loved and you are missed.
