The 4th child of Ira Kimball & Alice Abigail Ottley Hall. Raised in Southwestern Idaho. Attended College at Utah State University & received a Bachelor's Degree in Horticulture and a Master's Degree in Vegetable Crops. Worked as a Staff Research Associate for U C Riverside for 38 years.
He is survived by his wife of 62 years (and 1 day). Edith Perkins Hall & children: Kevin Hall (Rita); Tracy Hall York (Ted); David Hall (JoLee); Alice Hall Davies (Dan); Gary Hall (Lorna); Aaron Hall (Dusty); Sarah Hall Darr (Paul) & 22 Grandchildren,14 Great-grandchildren and one expected by the end of the year. Preceded in death by: Lee Ann Hall & Elizabeth Hall Chandler (Aaron C.)

Services are Friday, September 29th 2017 at 10 AM, at 181 West Blaine Street, Riverside, CA. The viewing will be from 9:15-9:45 AM.
