Norma Bashaw, age 80, passed away at home in Riverside on July 12, 2011. She was born in Liverpool, England, but was a Riverside resident for the past 55 years. Norma was a homemaker for her family and a pre-school cook and volunteer for over 40 years. She belonged to 2 camping groups, The Raincross Rigs, and Riverside Country Kampers, and volunteered at Queen of Angels Church. Norma immigrated to the U.S. in 1956, and became a U.S. Citizen in 1978. She will be missed by all she touched. Norma Price lived a good, long life.
Norma is survived by 2 sons, Teddie Davies & James Thomas Davies Sr., 3 grandchildren; Christopher Ryan Padilla, Trisha Nicole Davies, and James Thomas Davies Jr., niece; Elsie Stohs, and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins, and friends. A memorial service will be held in her honor on Monday, July 25, 2011 at 11AM at Pierce Bros. Crestlawn Memorial Chapel. Interment will follow at Pierce Bros. Crestlawn Memorial Park.
