Olga Leyva

Olga Leyva of Hesperia, CA, entered into her heavenly home on December 25th, 2021. She was 79 years old. Olga was born March 1st, 1942 to Baldomero Sr. and Alberta Molina in Odem, Texas. She was a resident of Riverside, CA for 17 years, of Worland, WY for 41 years and of Buckeye, AZ for 2 years.

Olga was preceded in death by the following: her father and mother, Baldomero Sr. and Alberta Molina; her brothers, Lazaro (Fina) Molina, Baldomero Jr. (Petra) Molina, and Elias Molina; her sister, Alvina (Silverio) Rosalez; husband of 7 years, David Parral; husband of 43 years, Eliud “Lute” Leyva; and a grandson, Damon Costalez.

Olga worked in the healthcare industry for many years. Later, as she retired, she "worked" as a park ranger (attendant) in Hyattville, WY. She loved the outdoors; going camping was her joy and she loved the sound of the ocean. She would not decline a card game. Olga also enjoyed playing board games with her grandchildren. She loved to cook for her family. Making fresh tacos was her specialty and she enjoyed seeing the family tear them apart. She often made them as a fundraiser for her church and for the Pepsi Company in Worland, WY.

Olga is survived by her children: Daniel (Diana) Leyva; David (Barbara) Pardez; Leticia Parral and Mark (Gloriana) Parral. She is also survived by the following: her sisters, Virginia Nuñez, Consuelo "Chelo" Coronado and Valerie Molina; brothers, Fidel (Priscilla) Molina and Benjamin (Joann) Molina; five stepchildren: Andy (Misti) Leyva, Jerry (Mary) Leyva, Robert Leyva, Tom Leyva, and Aleisha (Kevin) Trumbull. Olga also has many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends that will miss her dearly.

A visitation for Olga will be held Friday, January 28, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Pierce Brothers Crestlawn Mortuary, 11500 Arlington Ave, Riverside, CA 92505. A funeral service will occur Friday, January 28, 2022 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, 11500 Arlington Ave, Riverside, CA 92505. A committal service will occur Friday, January 28, 2022 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Pierce Brothers Crestlawn Memorial Park, 11500 Arlington Ave, Riverside, CA 92505. A reception will occur Friday, January 28, 2022 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, 11500 Arlington Ave, Riverside, CA 92505.
