This was the last time I saw my uncle. We stood together in quiet remembrance, placing flowers for my grandmother — his dear mother. The bond between them, even in death, was unbreakable. That day, I saw his strength, his love, and the weight of grief in his eyes. I never imagined it would be our final moment together. Now, he rests with her — two souls reunited in eternal peace.

Uncle, your absence echoes louder than words can say. You were a gentle guide, a quiet protector, and a living bridge to our family’s roots. I will carry your memory forward with reverence and love.

Rest in peace, Uncle. 😭

My dear brother! I am writing a few words I know you won’t be able to read it but the angels will read  it for you. They will tell you how much you will be missed and you will be always in my mind. When I remember our journey together all the good things we accomplished together parties , sport complex, travails even at work we had tremendous fun , they will tell you all that. One day we will meet again. Rest in peace my brother, fanmanm .

Our Uncle Remy was a loyal man to our Taty Guerda! Everywhere she was, he was there also!  When our dad, Denis Desir, passed away in 2020, he willingly stepped up to direct the entire funeral procession that day! We will never forget how generous he was. He always made music for our dad--which bonded them. 

We will never forget his strong, quiet, and confident presence in our family. May God grant him peace.

It is such a shocked to me, as I opened my Facebook page just a minute ago  -  And I received the devastating news that my friend Remy has passed away, I am in disbelief ..... Remy is a good friend of many years always happy and positive about Life and a passionate Laker' s fan and his music particularly Konpa Music are very dear to him...  May his journey be light and my deepest sympathies to the family, his brother Fanfan, his God daughter and the rest of the family ... God Bless You all..

My Father-in-Law was a kind soul. His wit and charm could light up a room. Always had a wise word when you needed it. From the very beginning, he welcomed me with warmth, grace, and acceptance. 

He was a true legend and will be missed dearly by so many. 

He will  live on in our hearts, in our stories, and in the way we love each other. Forever missed. Forever loved.

My father was a great man—strong, kind, and full of quiet wisdom. I am so thankful and grateful for the man he was, and even more so for the man he raised me to be. His influence shaped not only my life, but the lives of so many around him. He led by example, with integrity, compassion, and a steady presence that gave comfort and strength to those who knew him.

He had a way of making everyone feel seen and valued, and he left a lasting impact wherever he went. Whether through his actions, his words, or just the way he carried himself, he made this world better.

He will be missed dearly—not just by me, but by all who were lucky enough to know him. His love, his lessons, and his legacy will live on in the lives he touched.

This photo is dear to my heart; it testifies of the tender affection between "goddaughter and godfather." I sometimes called you "Ti Rémy" to tease you, and you would reply in the same playful tone: "Cassou, you will be punished," and we would both laugh out loud.

I love you, godfather. And those are also the last words I said to you after you asked me to pray for you. I prayed a lot, godfather. I understand now that you wanted to be delivered. Me, until the last minute I hoped for a miracle. But we accept the will of our loving God. Heaven demanded your presence.

A peerless music lover and lover of "compas" that you are, you must be playing beautiful French songs and "compas" up there, with the angels and archangels. They were eagerly awaiting you in heaven.

Your mission here is accomplished, godfather. I thank our Creator for the person you were among us, for your family, for your friends.

I know you are at peace, happy, and smiling again. Crossover peacefully, "Ti Rémy," my dear godfather. I love you very much.
