He was born to parents Arthur and Grace Modyman on October 23, 1961, in Whittier, California. He is survived by his two sisters Sheri and Tammy, and two brothers Art and Mark.
He married his “blue light special” and love of his life Laurie, in 1982, who survives him. He is also survived by his daughter Alyssa and husband Tommy, his son Ryan and his dogs Jager and Ryker. Rocky was a loving husband, father, and a friend to everyone.
Rocky worked as a machinist for 40 years, but was forced to give it up due to his health. He spent his free time watching old westerns, Tucker Carlson, playing with his furry boys, and spending time with his wonderful wife. Rocky had the biggest heart, was a true teddy bear, and the funniest guy in the world. He loved fishing, spending time with Laurie and his kids, and feeding his dogs “scooby snacks.” Boy did he love those dogs!
