Rosa was married to her husband Alejandro Martinez Sr for 54 years as he preceded her in death. Rosa and Alejandro had 6 children. Rosa worked in the canneries while raising her children, working at a hospital, and received her cosmetology license. Rosa retired at the age of 73 as a beautician. During retirement Rosa enjoyed spending time with family, crocheting, doing word puzzles and attending church as often as she was able to.
Rosa is preceded in death by her husband Alejandro Sr and her son Alex Jr. Rosa is survived by her Children: Ricardo Martinez, Gerado Martinez, Rosie Luna, Christina “Tina” Martinez, and Martha “Patsy” Titman, 15 grandchildren and 31 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren. Surviving siblings are Zoila Martinez, Martha Martinez, Leticia Gutierrez, and Nacho Martinez.
Rosa was blessed to be a part of 5 generations.
