ROSIE MENDOZA SIFUENTES, 91, was born on November 1, 1923 in Wilmington, California and passed away on December 9, 2014. She worked for the U.S. Air Force as an aircraft sheetmetal worker and moved to Sacramento, California from Riverside in 1962. Rosie was married to George Sifuentes on October 24, 1949 until May 8, 2008, when he passed. Rosie is survived by her daughter, Cynthia Mondragon; her sons George and Larry and her seven grandchildren Eric, Breanne, Andrea, Ryan, Nicholas, Alex and Ashley; and her great granddaughter Samantha. She is also survived by her sisters Virginia Cabrera and Blanche Guttman. Visitation will be held at Acheson and Graham Garden of Prayer Mortuary on Sunday, December, 21, 2014 from 5pm 8pm with a rosary at 6:30pm. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church on Monday, December 22, 2014 at 10:00am with the burial to follow at Riverside National Cemetery at 11:31am.
