Poem:
We’ll Always love you, Papi!
Each Day you strived to live,
Your body too weak to be.
Your love will live forever,
Since your heart has set you free.
You’ll be alone no longer.
And you’d tell us, “Don’t be sad.”
Please believe, you were no burden,
We’ll always love you, Dad!
Now you walk so bravely,
You feel the pain no more.
Angel’s have come to guide you,
And bring you to heaven’s door.
Prayer:
God our Father, my family, and I are still reeling from my father’s passing. But I find solace in the knowledge that my father’s death brought him closer to You and put an end to his suffering and struggle. Thank You for bringing him back to You. Thank You, for he can now rest in Your love. Please let Your love envelop my precious father in paradise.
Through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
