SYLVIA ANGELA GONZALEZ PETTET Age 51, resident of Riverside, CA for 13 years, passed away 09/26/2010 at her home. Sylvia was born 12/29/1958 and lived in LA for a few years, before moving to Corona where she lived most of her life. She worked for State Farm her entire adult life. She worked her way up from a receptionist to fulfilling her dream of becoming an agent. She was an agent for 28 years. She attended Cal Poly Pomona and received her Bachelor of Science degree. Sylvia received various State Farm awards. She was involved in various ministries and accepted Christ at Harvest Christian Fellowship many years ago. Most recently she attended The Grove in Riverside. Sylvia is survived by her son, Daniel Joseph Pettet; daughter of Jose Samuel Gonzalez and the late Rebeca M. Gonzalez; sisters, Maria G. Cox, Rebeca S. Clampitt and Laura E. Gonzalez; brother, Samuel D. Gonzalez. Funeral 10/2/10, 11am at Acheson & Graham Mortuary with burial following service at Sunnyslope Cemetery in Corona.
