Velina Marie Wagoner, 91 years young passed away at home surrounded by her family, November 22, 2016. Velina was born in Colby Kansas to George and Emma Belisle on Valentines day 1925. She met and fell in love with her “one and only” true love, Hubert Ransom Wagoner, they were married Christmas day 1946 in her parents home, together they had a beautiful family of 9 children: Ronald Hubert, Donald Ransom, Deanna Lynn, Larry Gene, Sharon Lee, Richard Keith, Stephen Dale, Sandra Kay, Douglas Layne, 19 grandchildren, 38 great grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren. Velina will be laid to rest next to her true love at the Riverside National Cemetery in California. Velina left a wonderful legacy of love and blessed the lives of everyone who knew her. She was truly the heart of her large and loving family.
