The staff at La Sierra Library will always have great memories from Victor and his grandma.  He will be missed by all the staff here... :)

Vic. You were my best friend ever. I miss you so much. Thank you for always including me in your family events. I’ll see you in heaven. 

I loved seeing Victor on Sunday mornings! He would always hold my hands and rub my arms so gently! We would talk about Disneyland and tattoos! I loved the way Victor loves Jesus! I’m saddened that he is not here on earth but so deeply blessed to know he is walking with Jesus! It was my joy and honor to be loved by him and to have the blessing of loving him back! We miss you Victor and cannot wait to see you again friend! Love Desi and Lala! 

My favorite memory of sweet loving Bubba, will always be him hugging me and calling me his princess. He always made everyone feel so loved. I remember us being with grandma Lid when we were younger, he would have us watching Herbie most of the time. His beautiful soul will always have a place in my heart and I can’t wait to meet again with him in heaven 🤍

It was an honor and a blessing to be able to call Victor my friend, and also my brother in the Lord. When I would walk into the special needs class on Wednesday night and see his beautiful smile it would fill me with joy. Victor loved Jesus, and he loved others!! I praise God Victor is home with his Heavenly Father glorifying Him, and praising Jesus with no more pain, or sorrow. Victor will be missed but not forgotten. Can’t wait to see you in Heaven Victor, in your glorified body!! 

My sincere condolences to the Hernandez family. I know Victor was a ray of sunshine for everyone who knew him. It was a honor to have him in my class when he was in elementary school. He was the happiest kid. He will continue to be that ray of sunshine for us all, only now his ray will spread to more and more people as he smiles down on us all from above.  

My heart is so saddened. This “little” guy was mine from 1-3 grade. Always knew (even on a bad day) I could count on him for a smile. RIP my little fiend. Your former Prado View family is so, so sad. You have always been, and will forever be on our hearts! Once a Highlander, always a Highlander❤️

Dear Victor,

I’m going to miss talking to you. I met you in preschool and then we saw each other again in Arlington Regional Learning Center. I remember telling you that English was my second language and you were always so thoughtful by saying “don’t worry I speak Spanish like my grandma.”

Every day you came into the classroom the day got that much brighter!! I loved trying to out smile you but somehow you always managed to out do me with a grin so big that it would put a smile on anyone's face. One of the few people in this world to not only get my sarcasm but dish out right back at me.  You will always be remembered!!! You are VICTORIOUS!!!

I remember Victor as a young boy. He was in my class for 4th, 5th and 6th grade. Victor loved the movie “Cars” and loved talking about the characters.  He was a very kind boy.  I remember years after he was in my class, he stopped by on Valentine’s Day to bring  me a cupcake. He was very sweet and thoughtful. I am so sorry to hear about his passing. Sending prayers and positive thoughts to his family! 

Words cannot express our sorrow for the loss of our sweet friend Victor. One of the nicest, sweetest people we have ever known. We love you Victor. We will never forget you and you will live on in our hearts forever. Rest in paradise, sweetheart. God lay your hands on this family  through this terribly difficult time. 💕🕊
