Vicki passed away 11/26/2021. Memorial service to be held on December 11, 2021 at 3:00 PM at Wesley Methodist Church. Burial will be at Riverside National Cemetery on January 4th, 2022 at 10:30 AM. Vicki was born in Los Angeles September 1, 1933 to Howard and Grace Keehler. She married Donald Allen in 1952. They moved to Riverside where he was employed at the City of Riverside Parks and Recreation Department as Supervisor of Sports until his death in 1988. Vicki worked at the County of Riverside as Executive Secretary to the Treasurer-Tax Collector until her retirement in 1999. She is survived by her daughter Lynda Limon, son Brad Allen of Riverside, and Mike Allen and his wife Tomoko of Japan. Grandchildren Taylor Limon, Jarrett Allen, and Nick Allen (Japan). Vicki enjoyed traveling after her retirement. Alaska, Panama Canal and Norway cruises, and trips to Hawaii and Japan until her failing health. She had many hobbies which included reading, knitting, and her passion for machine embroidery. She was a member of the Wesley United Methodist Church for many years.
