Wanda Miller Maycumber passed away on October 20, 2018 in Riverside. She was born in Aline, Oklahoma on December 31, 1928.
Wanda grew up in Oklahoma and Redondo Beach. She graduated from Redondo Beach Union High School. She returned to Oklahoma where she met the love of her life, Wesley. They were married on October 27, 1949 in Enid, Oklahoma. They were blessed with two children Merle and Cheryl. They moved to Wichita, Kansas and eventually settled in Riverside, California in 1963.
Wanda worked for many years at the Mission Inn in the Banquet Department. She was active in PTA and Home Demonstration. She held many offices in PTA and her bowling league. She enjoyed bowling, sports, gardening and was very talented at arts and crafts.
Wanda was preceded in death by her husband Wesley of 65 years and her 9 brothers and sisters. She is survived by her loving children, Merle and Cheryl, 5 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren, her treasured nieces and nephews and countless friends in the Riverside Community.
