Cathy Jones Garner

Cathy married her sweetheart companion, Robert Lynn Garner on July 11, 1967 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Later, sealed in the Oquirrh Mountain Utah Temple. They had one daughter and two sons, Cyndie, Robert, and Matthew. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Her family was her most cherished blessing.

Cathy fostered deep friendships that brought her incredible joy. She showered her friends and family with time, attention, and unconditional love. Whether, playing games with her family, sitting out on her deck, watching the birds in her backyard or going to her families cabin.

Cathy had a long and successful career at American Express for over 30 years, she worked in many different departments.

Cathy's viewing will be held on Thursday, September 7, 2023 from 10:00 am-11:00am, at 1750 Spring Lane, Holladay UT. Interment will be at the Wasatch Lawn Cemetery, at 11:30 am, located at 3401 S Highland Dr, Millcreek, UT 84103

Cathy is survived by her 3 children. Cyndie (Don) Spivey, Robert (Annette) Garner and Matthew Garner. Her brother Jim (Pat) Jones and sister Ellen (Marvin) Salt. Preceded in death by her loving husband Bob, her parents and her infant brother Richard Carl.

Cathy will forever be in our hearts and we will continue to cherish the moments we had with her
