Born on May 1, 2007, Connor brought an uncomplicated joy into the world. His neurodivergence gave him a rare gift - the ability to find happiness in the often overlooked, small pleasures in life. Whether it was laughing at silly online videos and memes, enjoying time with his family, or savoring a favorite treat, Connor reminded everyone around him that joy could be pure and immediate.
Connor was a proud 2025 graduate of West Jordan High School, where he was known for his kind nature, bright smile, and the warmth he brought to those around him.
Connor is survived by his father, Joseph Ernell Gerritsen, and mother, Brieanne April Gerritsen; his siblings, Elara, Quinten, and Owen; and his grandparents, Ajay and Mary Gerritsen, David and Bonnie Goddard. He is also loved and remembered by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
He was preceded in death by his cousins, Rafe Benjamin Trejo and Madilyn Aline Peterson.
