Born in Olympia, Washington on March 3, 1966, Craig was raised in Everett, Washington, where he grew up surrounded by the beauty of the Pacific Northwest. He graduated from Everett High School in 1984, laying the foundation for a life marked by purpose, compassion, adventure, and service.
An avid outdoorsman with a deep love for nature, Craig felt most alive under open skies and among the pines. Whether he was hiking rugged trails, casting a line in a quiet stream, camping under the stars, or breathing in the alpine air at the summit of Mt. Rainier, Craig embraced the outdoors with immense curiosity and steady courage. He often said, "We can do hard things," a phrase that perfectly captured both his adventurous spirit and his enduring strength.
Craig earned his Associate’s Degree in Applied Sciences from Mount Hood Community College. He dedicated his professional life to the Death Care industry, where his quiet strength, warm heart, and gentle demeanor provided comfort and dignity to families during their most difficult times.
Craig was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. He is survived by his loving wife, Lori Hudson; his children and their spouses: Colten and Ciera Hudson, Brandon and Cheyenne Hudson, and Ashley and Daniel Gardner; and his ten cherished grandchildren, who brought endless pride and joy into his life.
He is also survived by his father, Lorry Hudson; his brothers, Mark and Shaune Hudson; and his sisters, KeriLynn Pabst and Keely Arnold.
He was preceded in death by his beloved mother, Lesley Hudson, who now embraces him once more.
