

Born on September 20, 1988, Jason was a beloved son, brother, uncle, and friend whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of all who knew him.
Jason was the cherished son of Norman Kerry Bryner II and Kelly Bryner-Maynard, and stepson to Alan Maynard. He was a devoted brother to Amber (Kyle) Summers, Norman (Nicole) Bryner III, Justyn Bryner, Lyndsey (Jose) Duarte, Bethany (Domingo) De Los Santos, Kimball Bryner, Kaylee Bryner and Blake Maynard. He was also a proud and loving uncle to twelve nieces and nephews; Riley, Irie, Kingston, Lily, Kash, Angel, Lyla, Vyolet, Alexander, Noah, Gavin and Amelia, all of whom adored their “Uncle Jay”. Preceded in death by his father, Norman.
Jason had a passion for life that was impossible to miss. He loved trucks, gaming, and body building- Interests that reflected both his strength and his adventurous spirit. Known for his infectious humor and larger-than-life personality, J-Dawg was the life of the party. He possessed a warm, caring heart and a knack for making others laugh, and his presence would light up any room.
A people person through and through, Jason had a kind and generous soul. He was passionate, loyal, and always there to lend a hand. Though his life was tragically cut short, it was filled with moments of joy, laughter, and love.
Jason’s memory will be forever cherished by his family, his many friends, and all who were fortunate enough to know him.
A public viewing will be held on Monday, July 14, 2025, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park and Mortuary, located at 3401 South Highland Drive, Salt Lake City, Utah. Family and Friends are invited to gather, share stories, and celebrate Jason’s life and legacy.
Though his time here was far too brief, Jason’s impact will last a lifetime. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
