Daniel Bernard Wolfe

Daniel, age 69 of Roanoke, Virginia passed away on 10/13/2026 in his home surrounded by family after a brief battle with pancreatic cancer.

Daniel was born on 06/06/1957 in St. Louis, Missouri, and moved several times throughout his childhood including Connecticut, California, and Florida. He founded his printing company Designers Press Inc. in 1992 in Orlando, Florida as co-owner with Dave Simons and built many lasting friendships.

He is survived by Theresa Wolfe, his beloved wife of 44 years. His daughters, Lauryn Hampson and Kai Wolfe, as well as his grandchildren, Lydia, Joseph, Dimitri, and Raphine, who all brought so much joy to his life. Daniel was the youngest of four children between Darrell and Eleanor Wolfe and his brother David Wolfe and sister Susan Burney will miss him greatly. He was preceded in death by his sister Carol Wolfe.

He found great happiness in fishing, motorcycle rides with his group “The Patrons", music, and watching The Miami Dolphins play (but mostly lose). He will always be remembered for his wonderful sense of humor, his generosity, his million dollar smile, and his beautiful voice. Daniel never turned down an opportunity to sing, especially if it involved a microphone!

Above all else, his greatest love was his family. Making them happy was his life’s joy, and the love he gave them will remain with them always.

He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
