at Robersonville Cemetery with Rev Marvin Warfe officiating.
Genora was born April 3, 1933 in Martin County, daughter of the late Staton and Nora
Page Leggett. She graduated from Oak City High School and received a bookkeeping
degree from Martin Community College. She was retired from W. M. Green where she
worked as a bookkeeper for many years. Genora was a member of the Hassell Pentecostal
Free Will Baptist Church where she served as a former Deacon and Treasurer.
Survivors are a daughter Deborah Waters and husband Dallas of Robersonville, son
Norman Roberson and wife Tammy of Robersonville, sisfers Rae Perry of Jamesville,
and Lorene Leggett and husband Cliff of Robersonville, grandchildren Jerri Lynne Miles
of Kitty Hawk, Allen Roberson of Mebane, Tiffany Cannon of Oak City, and Jackson
Glenn Roberson of Robersonville, 6 great grandchildren and a caring special friend
Cynthia Roberson.
The family will receive friends Tuesday from 6:00 until 8:00 PM at Biggs Funeral Home
in Robersonville and other times at the home 64 Hassell Road Robersonville NC
