Verna Faye Gurganus Hoggard, 71, passed away on Sunday, April 17, 2016 at the Vintage Inn. The funeral service will be held Wednesday at 2:00 PM at Biggs Funeral Home Chapel in Williamston; burial will follow at Martin Memorial Gardens.
