James Robert Jr passed away peacefully in his home on March 10, 2025 at the age of 83. James was preceded in death by his parents James Robert Sr, and Elizabeth Richardson; sister Patricia (Richardson)Walker; Brother in law James Walker. James is survived by his wife Lawana Flora; siblings Sharon Mccombs (Roy); Jerry Richardson (Susan); his children James Richardson (Judy); Tracy Richardson; John Richardson (Regina); Ann Carpenter; Tina Groves; Vicky Gabel (Tom); many grandchildren; great grandchildren; nieces and nephews; and his cat Boots. James was born and raised in Ohio working in factories before moving to Corpus Christi Texas. James went back to school to be a truck driver like his father. James did over the road hauls enjoying all of the different states and visiting his children in Ohio when he was near. James loved to spend time gardening and cooking.
