Connie, we are so sorry to hear about Evie, I worked with her at Amerock, great lady and friend.  Roger was her lawn maintenance man.  We just had some great conversation since reading the obituary enjoying memories of the past.

Evie,
Was a sweetheart of a lady.
I knew her through her son Doug's marriage to my sister. She was a wonderful person who was always pleasant and kind. I enjoyed the time I was able to spend with her name her family. She will be missed.

To the Family of Evie. I am so sorry for your loss. I also worked with Evie at Amerock along with my Dad, Carl Kampmeier. The last time I saw her was at Applebee's and we had a very nice conversation. I wish you all strength to get through this difficult time.

Aunt Evie was always a class act.  When my husband first met her, he couldn't remember her name, so he asked me who the "wine lady" was.  That name stuck for 23 years.  You are loved and will be deeply missed. Wish we could be there for the service, but we have plans to come back next weekend.  Hopefully will see everyone then.

I am thankful I had the please of knowing Granny.  She could always brighten anyone's day!  Condolences to the family and friends.
