Jennie R Medico

Jennie shared 63 wonderful years of marriage with her beloved husband, Lou. Together they built a life centered on love, family, and devotion. She was a devoted wife, a loving mother, and the heart of her family, always putting those she loved first.

Jennie was the proud mother of four children. She was predeceased by her son, Robert Medico, and her daughter, Patricia Johnson. She is survived by her sons, Louis Medico and Dominic Medico, and Dominic's loving wife, Marilee. Jennie also leaves behind dozens of cherished grandchildren and great-grandchildren, all of whom brought her immense joy and were the pride of her life.

Jennie embraced life with enthusiasm and a generous spirit. She loved traveling, especially her trips to Las Vegas, where she enjoyed spending time at the casinos. She was an exceptional cook whose meals brought family and friends together around the table. Jennie also had a passion for thoroughbred racehorses, breeding and racing them across the United States. She proudly sold Avon for many years and enjoyed the friendships she made along the way. One of her favorite places was the beach, where she loved to relax and soak up the sunshine.

Jennie will be remembered for her warmth, strength, kindness, and unwavering love for her family. Her legacy lives on through the many lives she touched and the memories she created with those who knew and loved her.

Family and friends are invited to celebrate Jennie's life at Sullivan Funeral Home, 45 East Water St., Rockland, MA 02370. Visiting hours will be held on Friday, July 17th from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Jennie's memory to the American Cancer Society.
