Azalee was preceded in death by her husband, Wes Banks; her son, Roy Quinn; her daughters, Louise Rollins and Kitty Mull. She is survived by her daughter, Mary Ruth Swanda (Billy); her sister, Mildred Elpley; son-in-law, Hoyt Mull; daughter-in-law, Gloria June; twelve grandchildren, twenty-three great-grandchildren and twenty-one great, great-grandchildren.
