Born in Seymour, Indiana, Barbara came to Brevard in in 1957.
Barbara was a school teacher during her working career and was a long time member of the First Christian Church of Merritt Island.
Barbara is survived by her sons, James Hensley and Roger Hensley; daughter, Susan Christopherson and sister, Mary Baehler. Left to cherish her memory are two grandchildren, Brett and Melissa Hensley.
A visitation for Barbara will be held on Tuesday, April 5 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at the Life Event Center at Florida Memorial, 5950 South US Highway 1, Rockledge, FL 32955, with a funeral service beginning at 11:00 am.
