Barbara R. Thompson-Waterstradt, 67, Vice President of Sales, passed away on Friday, September 7, 2012 in Cape Canaveral. She was born in St. Louis, Missouri, and came to Brevard County in 1997 from New Jersey. Barbara was the best friend, soul mate, and beloved wife of Ed Waterstradt; step-mother of Bryan and Kerry (Brian) Shoemaker. She is also survived by brothers-in-law, Bob, John, Tom, and Andy; sisters-in-law, Susan, Marsha, Debra, and Gay; mother-in-law, Susan; and many nieces and nephews. Barb was a mentor, coach, best friend, and supporter to many neighbors, friends, and business professionals around the world. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, September 11, 2012 at 11:00am at Florida Memorial Funeral Home. Donations may be made to any Humane Society in memory of Barbara R. Thompson-Waterstradt.
