The daughter of William and Florence Nicholson, Betty was born in New York City on October 9th 1924. Music was alway a big part of Betty's life. After high school she studied voice in NYC, with special training in opera and operetta. She traveled professionally with the Metropolitan Opera Company and J.J. Schubert Productions. She and her husband Charlie retired to Hendersonville, NC in 1984 before moving to Florida in 1998.
She is preceded in death by her husband: Charlie and son: Bill.
She is survived by her sons: Steve and Tom, and many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
A visitation for Beatrice will be held Saturday, December 3,2022 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Life Event Center at Florida Memorial, 5950 S US Highway 1, Rockledge, FL 32955, followed by a memorial service from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM.
